Join our team as a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist, where you’ll deliver and set up furniture while creating a top-tier, white-glove customer experience. This role is key to ensuring every customer interaction ends on a high note.
- Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes
- Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop
- Load, unload, and handle merchandise safely
- Assist with showroom displays and store support tasks
- Support warehouse operations and inventory handling
- Maintain delivery vehicles and follow safety procedures
- Field collections
- Customer-focused, professional, and dependable
- Ability to lift 10–100+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical skills (furniture assembly)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (bilingual is a plus)
