We are searching for an experienced, energetic, detailed oriented, and dependable Warehouse Manager, who is passionate about providing a great and remarkable customer experience! The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the distribution of our merchandise safely and promptly, as well as the organization and supervision of our warehouse and management of warehouse and delivery associates. You will represent our company in a professional manner and focus on customer satisfaction by way of managing service requests, deliveries, and the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting delivery orders in advance to verify accuracy
- Supervising the loading of merchandise carefully and thoughtfully to prevent damages and facilitate quick access
- Overseeing the unloading of stock to maintain the integrity of inventory
- Assist with creating in-store displays, customer loading, and inventory management
- Ensuring delivery of merchandise to customer homes while following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space and work vehicles
- Participate and coordinate collection procedures as needed with warehouse/delivery staff
- Coordinate service requests with warehouse and delivery staff
- Customer-oriented, professional, communicative, and efficient
- Able to properly use and maintain small tools used in the assembling and disassembling of household furniture
- One year of furniture experience preferred
- One year of warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Must pass a drug test and background check
